Voyage Co — Insurance & Liability Policy (California Rentals)

1. No Company-Provided Coverage

Voyage Co does not provide any insurance coverage for renters or vehicles beyond the minimum liability protection required by California law. We do not offer supplemental insurance products at this time.

Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voyage Co, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to the rental, possession, or operation of the Vehicle. This obligation applies regardless of cause, including negligence, except where limited by California law in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Voyage Co.

By renting a vehicle from Voyage Co, Guest acknowledges that:

7.1 Optional Third-Party Coverage (Recommended)

Voyage Co does not sell or provide optional coverage such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), or Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). However, Guests are strongly encouraged to consider purchasing such protection from:
