Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• You will receive an email confirmation and receipt immediately after payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Kindly note: our payment processor (Stripe) retains a 5% processing fee on all transactions. In the event of a customer-initiated refund, this processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. We never profit from this fee.

• 24+ hours before appointment: Refund of the booking amount minus the 5% Stripe processing fee.
• Less than 24 hours before appointment: A $100 late cancellation fee applies; the remaining balance will be refunded minus the 5% Stripe processing fee.
• No-show / customer unavailable on arrival: The appointment will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount is retained (no refund) to cover technician time, travel, and reserved slot.
• If Voyage Co cannot complete the service (e.g., technician unavailable, safety concerns): You will receive a full 100% refund — we will cover any processing fees in this case.

* The 5% rate is provided for simplicity. Actual Stripe processing fees may vary slightly depending on the payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. Reschedules within 24 hours may incur the $100 late change fee. Please ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location to avoid a no-show.

Scope & Outcomes

Pre-purchase inspections and diagnostics are professional opinions based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection; they are not warranties or guarantees. Findings may change if conditions change.
