Cancellations & Refunds

Kindly note: our payment processor (Stripe) retains a 5% processing fee on all transactions. In the event of a customer-initiated refund, this processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. We never profit from this fee.

* The 5% rate is provided for simplicity. Actual Stripe processing fees may vary slightly depending on the payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. Reschedules within 24 hours may incur the $100 late change fee. Please ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location to avoid a no-show.

Scope & Outcomes

Pre-purchase inspections and diagnostics are professional opinions based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection; they are not warranties or guarantees. Findings may change if conditions change.
