4. Mechanic performs the diagnosticsIf the repair can be completed immediately without ordering parts, the mechanic will resolve the issue on-site. During the initial visit, the mechanic will inspect your car according to our 12-point checklist (e.g., under-hood components, brake pads and discs, lights, and tires).
5. Parts ordering (if needed)If parts are required, the mechanic will inform you, and you can decide together how to proceed. You can either order the parts yourself or let us handle it (in which case we will collect a deposit upfront for the ordered parts).
6. Follow-up visit for repairsIf a major repair is necessary (e.g., engine, transmission, clutch, or suspension) that requires a lift, you will need to bring your vehicle to Millbrae.
7. Payment process- Payment for each visit is made after the mechanic’s work is completed.
- For repairs conducted in Millbrae, payment is due after the repair is finished.
- Parts are prepaid prior to ordering.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit cards, or via Stripe payment link.
8. Receive your service reportUpon completion, you will receive a service order. You can also have a personal account created to store all your repair, inspection, and payment records.
