Driver’s license requirements
US Driver's License: Renter or any additional authorized driver who is a US citizen or resident must present at the time of rental:
(1) a driver's license issued by any state, territory or possession of the United States and valid for the entire rental period.
(2) a temporary driver's license valid for the entire rental period.
(3) foreign driver's license* issued by the country of residence of the renter and additional drivers. If the driver's license is not in English, the renter and drivers may provide a valid International Driving Permit (“IDP”). An IDP does not give a person the right to drive, but does provide a certified translation of a valid foreign driver's license. IDP (or certified translation) without a foreign driver's license will not be accepted.
*If a foreign driver's license is issued in a country that issues "permanent" or "permanent" driver's licenses, the renter and any additional drivers will also be required to present their passport, visa, and/or other valid U.S.-issued documents at at the beginning of the rental, allowing the renter or driver to remain in the United States during the rental. The name on your passport must match the name on your driver's license.
By providing your driver's license and other documents specified above in this section, you warrant under penalty of perjury that the documents are valid and will remain valid for the entire rental period of the vehicle. You bear full responsibility for the legality of these documents and may be held liable.
When making an online booking, you will upload a photo of your documents taken on the day of your online booking and you will also need to upload a photo of yourself holding the document open. Photos must be clear and readable.

Yes, you can use a debit card to rent a car if you provide additional proof of your identity, such as a plane ticket, and a utility receipt (or a rental agreement or other proof of address) to verify your address. Your personal liability insurance policy can also serve as a second form of identification.
Rental costs typically include vehicle rental fees, basic insurance, and taxes. Optional services such as GPS, child seats, additional insurance coverage, prepaid gas, prepaid miles and others are additional costs.
You can pick up your car from the free parking lot at Millbrae Station BART.
We also offer free delivery of some cars to San Francisco International Airport (SFO); you only need to cover the parking fees.

In the case of an accident or breakdown, contact Voyage Co. immediately. You should also report the incident to the police if required by local law. Please follow Voyage Co's rental instructions below to file reports and resolve issues such as these.
Additional drivers cannot be added to the contract at the time of booking.
You can add a spouse at no extra charge (see main rental conditions). For other additional drivers, you can include them in advance by providing their documents for a fee. The conditions for additional drivers are the same as for the primary driver.

We love pets, but they can inconvenience other people who might have allergies or use the vehicle right after you. Therefore, we will need to use chemicals to prevent odors and clean the interior of the vehicle. This will be an additional charge for you. You need to inform us in advance if you have a pet, and the pet must be in a carrier.
